As A Member of the Missouri Restaurant Association, and in the spirit of the highest standards of public service and business responsibility
We Hereby Pledge to:
- Provide value in the preparation and service of wholesome FOOD to our patrons
- Maintain courteous, attentive and efficient SERVICE in a pleasant atmosphere, and maintain fair and honest relations with the public at all times
- Meet and maintain all recognized and accepted standards of sanitary food preparation and service, and remain constantly aware of our responsibility to the PUBLIC HEALTH.
- Provide and maintain EMPLOYEE RELATIONS through the proper physical, moral and environmental conditions for all employees and provide equitable wages and training opportunities for all personnel.
- Deserve the respect of the business community, and contribute to community life by participation in and business development and CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY
- Operate with integrity in all relations with other foodservice establishments and engage in FAIR TRADE PRACTICES through fair and open competition based on truthful representation of products and services offered
- Contribute to INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT through dedicated service to the public toward the growth and development of the foodservice industry
- Maintain the ability to earn a reasonable, just and FAIR PROFIT
