  • Kathy Pennell is an organizational psychologist. She is a professional speaker/consultant and has led hundreds of seminars across the country. Pennell has worked with organizations throughout the US for 16 years as an internal and independent consultant.

    She assists organizations in enhancing their most prized assetŃpeople. She specializes in motivation. She is the expert in delivering customized seminars and providing performance improvement strategies that inspire people to make positive change.

    Pennell is the President of Kathy Pennell and Associates and partner of Teenage Workforce Solutions. She holds a MasterŐs Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Pennell has served as an adjunct professor in the School of Business and Management at Webster University, St. Louis MO for the past ten years.

    Pennell is co-author of a newly released book, “The Teenage Worker: Retention and Motivation Study” and author of “Employee Surveys From Start to Finish.”

    Kathy Pennell speaks at national, regional and local conferences and conducts customized seminars for organizations across the United States.
