The firm is nationally recognized for their experience and expertise in this area of the law. McMahon Berger has made the Labor & Employment Law Hotline available as a free benefit to MRA members for over two decades.
To access the Labor & Employment Law Hotline, access the 'Member Login' or call the MRA office at 314-576-2777.
Hotline Rules and Procedures The issues that you wish to discuss must be questions concerning business only. While free calls to the Hotline are limited to 15 minutes, most questions can be answered within that time frame.
What About More Complex Issues? If you are experiencing a more complex legal problem that cannot be answered in a 15 minute phone conversation, you are welcome to retain McMahon Berger, but you should discuss fees directly with a representative of the firm. The Hotline is designed to assist you in answering questions requiring a quick reference. It is not intended as a substitute for legal counsel. Some legal issues are complex and require more analysis and research than what can be provided in a 15 minute call.
