Nixta is a restaurant in St. Louis's Delmar Maker District, serving contemporary chef-driven cuisine with nods to Mexico and the "American Mediterranean." Mexican food is one of the most outstanding and colorful cuisines in the world. It is culturally diverse, geographically rich, prolific in its scope, and exceptionally and deliciously exciting. Celebrated St. Louis Chef Ben Poremba and his culinary team create dishes that are rooted in the rich traditions of Mexican food while celebrating seasonal ingredients and contemporary techniques.
