Organization Overview
Who we are: Prairie Sun Equipment is a division of Sunflower Consulting Group LLC, which is Headquartered out of Ottawa, Kansas, family owned and operated by Harold Wingert, In the travel stop business for 35+ years. SCG offers professional consulting services as Owners’ Representative, Operational Consulting Services, Business Management Services, Construction and Design Management and Project Development along with Business Growth and Development. Our projects span from coast to coast, and we are proud of the fact that we have over $400M in convenience store projects: 100% funded and zero defaults. In addition, we have $150 million under contract.
Through Prairie Sun Equipment, we are growing and expanding our presence in the Midwest through strategic partnerships and helping convenience stores, restaurants, trucks stops, hotels, delis and various other entities with their equipment upgrades and new purchases. We believe there is a strong need for customer service within this industry, and we would love to help business owners improve their efficiency and help find solutions to their day-to-day equipment challenges. Whether it be a pizza oven or ice cooler, millwork to an espresso bar, we are happy to help offer ways to find solutions spanning from equipment replacement to redesign to help with flow and efficiency of operations.
