ServSafe Manager Class and Exam - $125 Fee includes textbook, classroom instruction, proctored exam, and ServSafe® Managercertificate of completion (valid for five years).
ServSafe Manager Online Course and Proctored Exam - $175
ServSafe Proctored Exam Only - $75
Retest - $50 (If you failed your previous attempt.)

The one-day, eight-hour course meets the requirements for a Certified Foodservice Manager certificate. The course integrates independent study with an in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and explains ways to apply these principles in practical operational situations.
The 7th edition ServSafe® Manager course textbook is modeled after the FDA 2017 Food Code guidelines and includes basic principles for food handling techniques, safety systems, training and supervising employees.
Topics Covered Include:
Addressing the challenges of food safety through effective training methods andhandling techniques.
Developing a Food Safety System (HACCP) to prevent foodborne illnesses.
Proper methods for purchasing, receiving, storing, preparing, cooking, holding, serving,cooling, and reheating.
Maintaining sanitary facilities and equipment, and techniques for cleaning andsanitizing.
Refund Policy: Due to the popularity of these courses and the need to order materials in advance, NO REFUNDS can be given. If you must cancel, call Missouri Restaurant Association at least 7 days before the course date and every effort will be made to enroll you in another course. A $30 rescheduling fee will be assessed if less than a 7-day notice is provided. If you do not call in advance and do not attend the class, no refunds will be given, and a $30 fee will apply to reschedule the class.
